Password/PIN Change by Bank
My bank, KeyBank, informed me they need me to update/change the PIN number that allows the Personal Finance Software (Moneydance) to download the bank transactions to PF Software. I use MD2010 version. They sent me the initial PIN #.
How do I change this in Moneydance ? I tried using the initial PIN they gave me from the download sign in but that doesn't work.

Can you try disabling and reenabling your connection with KeyBank? To do so, you can follow these steps:
1) Open your bank account in Moneydance
2) Select the Online->Setup Online Banking button/menu
3) Click the Disable button.
4) Select the Online->Setup Online Banking button/menu (again)
5) Click the New Connection button and select your bank from the list of available institutions that pops up. Hit OK
6) Continue with the setup process, entering your username/password
7) Repeat steps 1-6 for any additional accounts
Please let me know if you continue to have connection problems after recreating your connection.

yes, that worked. So if I want to change my Password/PIN again, from what I selected to a new #, go I go thru the same steps or can I change Password/PIN another way?
