I qualify for a discounted upgrade but it doesn't show what the cost is without the $25 discount and it keeps asking for a discount code. Where is that?

   If you enter your license key into the upgrade page it should then take you to a purchase page that has allowed for the discount.

   Yes, but when it asks for my credit card info, there is no way of knowing
   how much the upgrade is, then when I click on the place to get the $25
   discount it asks for a discount code and I don't have one! How much is the
   upgrade with the discount and do I only know that after I have paid with my
   credit card?

   I have gone as far as I can in the upgrade process and the cost is clearly given towards the top of the Windows.

   Can we just establish whether you are attempting to purchase directly from TIK/MD at https://infinitekind.com

   If not, from where are you trying to purchase? I ask, because I cannot personally reconcile being asked for a 'discount code' with purchasing directly.

   Hello,

   You do not need a discount code to receive the discounted upgrade to Moneydance from a previous version. Instead, you should copy and paste your existing license key into the Upgrading field at http://infinitekind.com/purchase. When your license key is recognized, you will be given a link to purchase the program at 50% off the retail price. There is no need to enter anything else in the discount field in the purchasing process, as the upgrading discount has already been applied.

   Thank you, apparently the site noticed I was having difficulties and sent me a form that took me right through the process, I could tell the upgrade was $25 (initially there was no indication as to the cost) and now I have it installed!
