All of a sudden the program says I am using a free trial version...

...and my 100 entries have been used...except I have been using the program since 2013 and bought every upgrade I needed to. Did I do something wrong?

What was the last upgrade you did, and what version are you using now?

Licenses are version specific, if you upgraded to a 2022 version license, that license is good forever for 2022 with a free upgrade to 2023.

If you upgrade past those versions, that license will not be good for later versions, like 2024. If you upgrade to 2024, you will get a new license good for 2024 (with a free upgrade to 2025).

I'd mention downgrading, but it appears you "buy every upgrade you need to".

So, last version you upgraded to (type first four letters of license if you don't know - do NOT enter entire license) and the current version you are using (under Moneydance/About) and we can determine where the issue is.

    Hope that helps.

I tried using Moneydance + but didn’t like it as well as the regular Moneydance, so I canceled Moneydance + and now my whole program is gone.

I just upgraded to the current version using my existing key so all should be good now.

Great! Just to clarify, Moneydance is separate from Moneydance+ MD+ is an optional addon.

Now, you CAN subscribe to both, but in your case that would be overkill as you already own a standalone MD
