Already had subscription but had to pay and downloaded 2024 version
I bought a subscription in 2022. I was entering a new transaction today and got a notice the trial version had expired event though I had paid for the app in 2022. I really like Moneydance so paid the $25.00 upgrade fee and received a new key. However, I still get a notice that I need to pay. Please help!

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Did you enter the new key into your new version? (Go to Moneydance/About to see if your new license is there - i.e. you entered it) Go to Help/Register Moneydance if you need to put the new key in place.
Paying for the app in 2022 got you a forever license for 2022 with one free upgrade to 2023. You can use 2023 for as long as it works for you.
