Moneydance Running Super Slow

Hello

I have the latest version of Moneydance for Mac installed on MacOS Sonoma 14.5. Moneydance has begun to run super slow...like painfully slow. Is this a common problem lately? Any suggestions on how to remedy this problem?

    Have you just upgraded your MacOS? Are you running iCloud MD Sync? If so, switch to dropbox folders...

    If not, grab help/console. Upload that here....
