You give no information other than the number is wrong and expect us to know why.
The register balance shows all items in the register including future transactions as well as the static initial balance and balance adjustment figures that you set.
If you hover over the balance figure in the register, it will also show cleared balance and current balance.
The software can add up so if there is a problem it lies in account somewhere or in the static figures.
