moneydnace just cleard all my accounts
upon opening my moneydance app to login transaction, all acounts are showeing either 92,000.00 dollors in balace or -negative numbers... on botton the dropbox has an error message sayting " sync Error: unable to resolve host "api.dropbox api.com" NO ADDRESS and on pc version of money dance app, when trying to open it only gives white screen, app is locked..... please help

Hi Chris,
We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.
Unfortunately, there is an issue with the current beta version of the Moneydance mobile app. So, in order to rectify the problem you should proceed as follow:
On your Android phone select and hold the Moneydance mobile app icon and uninstall the app.
If you are a Beta Tester, leave the program (for now) by navigating to this page on your phone and click on "Beta Sign up**.
Then navigate to Play Store on your phone and re-install the Moneydance mobile app.

This failed to help because the only options to sync from my Dropbox are from 2023. I've lost everything.

Would you be able to send us a copy of your Moneydance error logs? The logs should include information on what might be causing the issue.
They are saved on your computer as an errlog.txt file.
You need to navigate to:
/home/(yourusername)/.moneydance/errlog.txt
Finally you can copy the full content into your next reply here.

I had to recover from a backup about a week old. Phone on the other hand was even more hell. I could not enter a transaction got 888888j888.88 for the amount with no way to change it. Decided to reboot and finally got it to work. This was really stressful.
