<p>Firstly I recommend upgrading to the latest preview release
build 637. There have been some bug fixes in the signin part of the
code. To automatically install this version first intsll the
"Moneydance Updater" extension by clicking
Extensions->Add..,</p>
<p>Secondly I recommend you call your bank. It is sometimes
necessary to instruct them to enable online bill payment through
Direct Connect in addition to it being enabled through their
website. I would tell them that you are using Quicken, doing so
usually makes the process a little smoother as your banks
representative may not have heard of Moneydance.</p>

billpay to work. I finally emailed them and they say that they only
support web billpay. Is billpay using OFX direct connect still
working for you?</p>
