There are others who have had success with this type of issue by
resetting the mapping to their accounts.
The following was copied from another thread, posted by forum
member Oilcan. Replace E*Trade with your particular account
names.

Your accounts are not mapped properly (in other words, one
E*Trade account is pointing to each of your Moneydance
accounts).

Disable the Online Set-up for the three problem accounts. Then
you will need to re-enable them. Once you have entered your ID and
Password click Ok and wait (do not click next). You need to see a
window that will display - "Please choose the account you wish to
you" - which are your E*Trade accounts listed in a drop down list.
If you bypass this window - your Moneydance Account will map to the
first account on this list. Sometimes you will need to just wait
for this window to pop-up as it can take several seconds. If you
click next you will likely bypass this important window. Believe me
I am speaking from experience.

Kevin's advice is exactly what I suggest. I have attached a
screenshot of the "Please choose the account" window he is
referencing. Good luck with the remapping, and please let me know
if I can be of further assistance,

conversion from
Quicken to MD has been arduous at best. There are so many things
that are
not in the users guide. I have to wonder if the long conversion
period (two
weeks and still not finished) is worth it. I hope that once I am
reconciled
and get more experience that the effort will be worth it. I have to
admit I
am not too sure. While Quicken has many many problems, I find MD is
not too
pure either. I will say that your support is outstanding. I never
got a
reply from Quicken in 10 years.

We know that making the transition to a new personal finance
program can be tough, and I hope the process smooths out for you
soon. We're in the first editing stages of a new and very improved
User Guide, so I would love to know the specific issues which came
up for you and were not available in the guide. Thanks for the
kudos on support, we've done a lot of work in the past year to
improve our support systems, so I'm glad to hear it's working for
you!

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance in your
transition, and thanks for trying Moneydance!
