I've seen issues similar to this when a user is switching
between dual and single monitor displays, caused by a dialogue box
which is being displayed "off-screen". Is it possible that this
could be happening here- in other words, do you ever use a dual
monitor setup? Let me know, if not we'll look at other possible
fixes. I apologize for the difficulty you are having, I know that
end of the year accounting is serious business.

would include a stack trace. Did you run the program again after
the crash? This may have overwritten the error log. I understand
that this is very troubling. I also am troubled by this. And I am
not certain how to proceed in diagnosing the cause. I imagine there
was an unhanded exception which killed the main thread which was
redrawing the windows and unless I can reproduce the problem I
cannot confirm this. If you are able to reproduce the problem
please provide the steps necessary to do so.

Much of the interface for accepting unconfirmed transactions has
been completely rewritten for MD2011 which may resolve this
issue.

As a precaution I also recommend updating to the latest version
of java.

Sincerely
