Just updated preview version 1888 to 1891 and had a problem with the American Express connection. I had just downloaded earlier without issue. The Error is as follows:

A communicaton or parsiing error occured. This could be the result of a network problem, a proxy error, or misconfigured server.
Error Description: java io IOException. Unexpected end of input reading tag

I've reverted to v1880 stable version and I'm able to connect again.

Just letting you know.

Tony (now where did I put that preview version 1888???...)

I noticed the same thing with AMEX as well as Vanguard (investments). Switched back to 1888 and downloads work again.

    Hi TonyRI

I posted a link to your thread and this is Sean's response.
"thanks for the feedback re sort order and Amex connection problems in 1891! I believe I've just fixed both and will have build 1892 available in a few hours."

    Sounds good.

Wanted to confirm that MD2019.4 build 1892 has corrected the AMEX direct connect error issue from the previous build 1891.

    Thanks Derek and Sean! :)

Just a note. isn't available atm

Currently points to: Oops! That page can’t be found.

    Thanks again,

Yes. 1892 seems to have fixed the AMEX/Vanguard download problem.
    Thanks for the quick response!
Despite the bitching elsewhere, I think the support is great.
