<p>It sounds like you have a syncing issue. I would recommend resetting syncing as follows.</p>
<ol>
<li>In Moneydance do a FILE – EXPORT BACKUP in case something goes wrong.<br></li>
<li>On your phone in Moneydance under setting disconnect.<br></li>
<li>In Moneydance under FILE – SYNCING set SYNC METHOD to DON’T SYNC, then click OK.<br></li>
<li>Assuming you have Dropbox client installed using your computer in the Dropbox folder delete the folder “.moneydancesync”. Watch the Dropbox icon and wait till it states “Up to Date”. This can talk some time. If you don’t have Dropbox client installed you will need to sign into you Dropbox account delete “.moneydancsync” from there.<br></li>
<li>On your computer under FILE - SYNCING, set your “Encryption Passphrase”, set “Sync Method” to the method you used before, click OK.<br></li>
<li>Wait for Dropbox folder “.moneydancesync” and its contents to be created. Check the Dropbox icon states “Up to Date”. This can take some time.<br></li>
<li>Then sync your mobile devices in the normal way. When you are asked to select a file to sync you should see only your current data set listed.</li>
</ol>
<p>Now add/delete and hopefully it will work.</p>
