I tried this on a test file and see the same thing occurring but it looks to be at random, it will occur on one transaction but yet on another identical looking transaction it does not occur. Quite unusual as the majority of my Dividend transactions are built from duplicating one and then changing dates and amounts. It is occurring on around 16 of 770+ transactions in my case.

dwgtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/481111272020-02-24T21:19:36Z2020-02-24T21:19:36ZFind&Replace and Investment Register

There is a pattern, but I am not quite sure how to nail it down. Although the transactions may look identical, I think they are different when one looks at the source.

Mike V.tag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/481111272020-02-24T21:45:35Z2020-02-24T21:45:35ZFind&Replace and Investment Register

It looks like 0.desc:, 1.desc: & 2.desc: are empty in the transactions that do not show descriptions in F & P but has values in the transaction that do show a description. Also desc: has values in both.

Both transactions are DivXFR.

dwg
