For the last couple of weeks, I cannot download transactions on a Citi Card account. I've tried removing access on the credit card website for desktop apps. Also, disabling the account, trying to establish new connection etc, etc. Nothing works. It has been working fine until now. Please advise!!!

I have the same problem as Marty. I spent over an hour with Citi Card to try and solve it. Since I can logon manually using my browsers, they say it is Infinite Kind's problem. PLEASE help!
