I have followed this article, have tried it several times, I have made sure that my passwords are correct and it will still not sync with dropbox. This is very frustrating, most of my frustration is that I can not speak with someone directly.

I am not support staff, just a user.
    Hi Timothy

You should not store your data set files in Dropbox.

To be able to help support or others will need more information.

What is your setup, how many devices are you trying to sync your data between?
    What are there operating systems.
What version build of Moneydance are you running e.g. 2019.4(1904).
When you say article do you mean one of these

Just to confirm Moneydance syncing does work I am syncing between 3 window 10 and 1 Linux computer and two Android phones.
