Printer error

When i try to print to a known working printer it returns a alarm.
No explanation why can you help please

    I'm a fellow user.

    As a starting point I would suggest you advise the operating system and version you have, what version of Moneydance including build number and the exact text of the error message.

    The text of the error is posted in the attached photos on my initial
    I also included a photo of the printer dialog box showing the printer
    selected and other pertinent information.

    The actual verbiage of the error is
    <HTML> error:<B> an unexpected error occured null </B> </HTML>

    Ok, I found the following on another thread looks like the newer version is working
    2020 (1915)
