Hi Ryan

Never seen this reported before.
For support or other to be able to help you they will want to know your computer operating system.

derekkent23tag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/484463102020-07-07T20:27:25Z2020-07-07T20:27:25ZPop up Screens are black

I also can't remember seeing anything like this. Can you also send your errlog.txt file? It may contain error messages about what's happening behind the scenes.

If you're using Mac OS X, it should be located at one of these locations within your Home folder:

Library/Containers/com.infinitekind.MoneydanceOSX/Data/Library/Application Support/Moneydance/errlog.txt

or:

Library/Application Support/Moneydance/errlog.txt

If you have any trouble finding your Home Library folder, open Finder and select Go -> Go to Folder and type in:

~/Library

This should pull up your local Library folder.

If you're using Windows, it should be located at:

C:/Users/(yourusername)/.moneydance/errlog.txt

Hi Ryan

Strange, I have been running Moneydance since 2017 on windows 10 without issues.
You could try resetting the preference file.
If you have already purchased Moneydance you will need to enter your key again plus if you have set preferences set them again
With Moneydance closed rename the file config.dict to config.dict_old
It can be found at C:\Users\ryanw.moneydance\
Open Moneydance to see if this helps.

The only other thing I can think of is download and install Moneydance again. No need to uninstall first.

If the above does not work perhaps support can suggest other steps.

Hope this helps.

derekkent23
