Entering data for next year
When I try to enter a transaction for next year, it does not seem to enter. Can you tell me why?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

I'm a fellow user.
There are no restrictions entering any future transactions.
Make sure you have not inadvertently set a filter at the top of the register, clicking on the All button should reset this.
