I really don't understand why IK won't just pick up the phone. I've tried myself but got no where with the friendly but clueless support folks at Desert Financial. I can't find a working version of quicken or I'd just set it up myself and try to get the new connection info. I really appreciate the work you did Robert & Stuart. i feel like we are close but no cigar.

Roger Ricetag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/489220622021-04-01T19:36:23Z2021-04-01T19:36:23ZDesert Financial Credit Union

Yup. Let’s see. Someone might have a working quicken connection.

Stuart Beesley (Mr Toolbox)tag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/489220622021-04-01T20:30:54Z2021-04-01T20:30:54ZDesert Financial Credit Union

Roger,

I think you highlight what problem a company like The Infinite Kind has.

You are a customer yet you can only get as far as a "friendly but clueless support" person. TIK are a small UK based software company that is not a customer. I'm not expecting them to get a great reception from the bank's support team nor would I expect them to have the ability to get action from someone higher up or someone in the know, not like a Quicken can get.

dwg
