I've purchased Moneydance 2021 but now it says I need a license

How do I get the license my new moneydance says I need

    Did you purchase it directly from Infinite Kind or through another channel? If directly from IK then they emailed a license key to you. Follow the instructions for registering.

    There is also instructions for recovering a lost key in the knowledge base.
