Unable to import, stops after 1 transaction.
Using MacOS Sierra 10.13.6, (which could be an upgrade since I last used it) It keeps importing the same transaction, and then freezes. Even when i have the account open, or use the Import (vs double click) option. Using Moneydance 2021.1.

What type of file are you trying to import, where is it coming from, if it is from an institution which one?

i was downloading QIF from Chase. i should have been doing QFX. i have been using this many years, can’t explain why i repeatedly downloaded wrong file type. you may close case. Thank You!

To be blunt about it Chase stuffed up their QIF files some years ago and despite users complaining have never fixed the problem - which is pretty obvious when you look at the file contents.
QFX should work fine.
