MD 2015 - unable to download transactions from Fidelity

This seems to have stopped working in the past month. From discussion board there was a previous post March 23, 2018 saying upgrade to 2017 should fix this. Is this still an option, or do you think this is a new problem? I didn't see any recent posts regarding this issue on older versions.

Fidelity are in the process of changing their systems.

This will mean that all older versions will be unable to automatically download transactions at some point.
