I am a user of MoneyDance for a number of years. I recently upgraded to the current version, and decided I would rather keep the older version (the old key is B315162-F282BC29). I have a new computer, and when I try to go and download the 2010 version (which is the one I believe I was using) it tells me the download is damaged and needs to be put in the trash. Is there a problem with the file?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

You have a new computer. If it's a mac, the 2010 version may no longer work correctly as mac os upgrades are not nice to old software.
I assume you are downloading the 2010 version from the "previous versions area" of moneydance. If you state which OS you are using (Windows/Mac/Linux), then I'm sure someone will examine the file, but I'd suggest you also try again, if there was a download glitch. You can speak with more authority if you try more than once.
