If you haven't done so already, both accounts need to be activated
at Chase.com in order for MD to d/l txns.<br>
Log on to Chase.com, click on the Customer Center tab, activate
your accounts by clicking on the "Activate Money, Quicken, etc."
link in the Reference Center section.<br>

<p>That activation is per-login to chase.com, not per-card, and I
have activated the login (which is why I can do a download for one
of the cards).</p></div>wrsxtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/8529972010-01-17T01:37:50Z2010-01-17T01:37:50ZCan't download second Chase credit card<div><p>You've hit upon a small bug in Moneydance. The error window you
received is too small to show the full error message, but it's not
immediately obvious that there's more to the message. Please click
and drag the lower right hand corner of the message window to
expand the window, and then copy and paste the full error message
here.</p>
<p>Sorry for the inconvenience! We're working on a fix for this so
that in the future it will be clear that the error message
continues past "Bank Name."</p>

<p>I believe that chase requires that you select whether you want
to connect with Money or Quicken when you sign up for direct
connect with them. Please make sure that the account you're trying
to connect with is set up for Quicken and not Money. Since the
error message seems to be complaining about the application, this
might be the source of the problem.</p>

<p>No, there's just one link for activating "Quicken or Money"
download.<br>
And as I said, one of the cards is downloading just fine.</p>

<p>You may need to contact Chase to confirm that both cards are
indeed enabled for direct connect access. Since you're able to
connect with one card, I'm not sure the problem is one our end. The
card direct connect access is separate from the online account
access, so it may indeed need to be activated for each card and not
just for the online account. I know Chase charges for direct
connect access, so I imagine you should be getting charge once for
each card if they're both activated (though I'm not sure if this is
true...you'd have to check with Chase).</p>
<p>Please let me know if you still can't connect once you've
verified that both accounts are indeed activated.</p>

from the 2 card log-in isn't working currently, although it did

accounts are all activated at Chase, and as I mentioned, they
worked 2 weeks ago. Here is the error I received: There was an

<p>I'm not sure what's causing your downloads to fail. Would you be
willing to open a new case about it, since it seems to be different
from the problems others are having on this thread? In the new
case, please include what version of Moneydance and Java you are
using, and well as your operating system. I may need to ask you for
debugging information, so it would probably be best to open a
private case or just email us directly at <a href=
"mailto:support@moneydance.com">support@moneydance.com</a>.</p>
<p>Thanks!</p>
