Quote Loader and Quotes and Exchange Rates Extensions Not Working

Hi all,
I'm running the latest version of Moneydance - 2021(2006) on a Mac running Big Sur. I can't get either of these quote updaters to pick up my securities prices. They're all traded on LSE.

I've attached screenshots of both of them. Any ideas?

   Hi Derek,

   I've tried that but I still have two problems. Firstly it now returns an up to dat Traded Price it doesn't update the "Last Price" and Date.(see attached screen shot).

   Also when I close Quote Loader and reopen it, it adds "LSE" in the Exch Mod column and won't fetch the price until i reset that to "Do not use an exchange".

   Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

   Strange. As you can see from the two attached screen shots, one before and one after clicking SAVE SELECTED VALUES the process work as it should for me.
   What build of Quote Loader are you running, it should be 3048. What version build of Moneydance e.g 2022.5(4091). What is your computer operating system.
   Post screen shots of before and after as mine, plus Edit Security window so I can see the settings.
   If this does help uncover the issue I will post how post a QL error log and a way to extract a list of your securities for I can import them into a test data set for testing.

   One other thought, after removing LSE from Exch Mod have you remembered to click SAVE PARAMETERS?

   Can you please help me with a fund price problem. I'm trying to get automatics prices for:

   Royal London Governed Portfolio 7 - Ticker: GB0P0000ZLBL but I can't get quote loader to find it.

   For Royal London Governed Portfolio 7 try the ticker 0P0000ZLBL don't put GB on the front.

   The two funds are Scottish Widows Pension Portfolio Two CS8 - GB00BMRS2714 and Scottish Widows Pension Portfolio Three CS8 - GB00BMRS2607

    I don’t see your two ticker supported by FT
    FT does support a number of Scottish Widows Pension Portfolio but under different tickers.
    As you did not post a latest price I cant check if any of them are yours.
