Quote Loader and Quotes and Exchange Rates Extensions Not Working
Hi all,
I'm running the latest version of Moneydance - 2021(2006) on a Mac running Big Sur. I can't get either of these quote updaters to pick up my securities prices. They're all traded on LSE.
I've attached screenshots of both of them. Any ideas?

Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.
Quote Loader requires the latest preview Moneydance 2021.1 (3065). This is now available to download from this page.
Also, for the latest extension update please refer to this thread.
Finally, it is advisable to run either the Quote Loader or Quote and Exchange Rates Updater rather than both at the same time.
If you choose to use only Quote and Exchange Rates Updater, please ensure that you are running the latest version too - v.1024.

You need to check on ft.com whether or not your funds exist and what
ticker is being used. For example Fidelity Index World ticker is
GB00BJS8SJ34:GBX. In quote loader set your ticker on the security to
this and set the exchange to blank. Legal & General North America Equity
does not exist on ft.com.

Sorry to disagree with you Maddy but Quote Loader does not require the
latest preview build. It quite happily works with earlier versions. I
run it on build 2006.

Thank you both. Got it sorted now. Just three of my securities that don’t appear to be listed on FT or Yahoo so I’ll have to track them manually.

Out of interest what are the three securities that are not supported, their Names, Last Price you have and Ticker Symbols so I can confirm.

Based on the last few posts, it looks like this is a good thread to post my Quotes Loader problem, from a USA user:
I have two ETFs that often don't load with my daily run [set to 22:00 US Eastern], automatically switch the source from Yahoo to Do Not Load, BUT if I Get Prices manually, with Source reset to Yahoo, they load!?!
They are:
VTI Vanguard Total Stock Mktstk Mkt Vipers $217.21 04/23/2021 [apparently did Auto Load but now shows Do not load]
STIP IShares 0-5 Year Tips Bond ETF $105.90 04/23/2021 [Same]

Hi Dave, after changing the source, did you click on Save Parameters?

I had NOT done that, so have now Saved Parameters and I will let it go for a week or so and let you know if that fixes the issue.

Post some example securities the tickers you are using, the full name of the security and a current price and I will check Quote Loader.

Not sure, all I can say is Yahoo does not seem to currently support GB00BPFJCF57:GBX
However, if you change the ticker symbol to GB00BPFJCF57 then the source FT will work.

Try setting EXCH MOD to blank instead of LSE

It does not look like any of them are supported.
I thought I might have found a alternative ticker for GB00B630VQ19 but the price it returns is £17.75 not £1.775

Can anybody help with with a Quote Loader problem.
I have a security (ticker GB00B58YKH53:GBX) that won't update. I've checked on FT.com and it's there with the correct ticker symbol but it fails to fetch the price. All my other quotes from FT are loading fine.
