I found a fatal error file. File attached.

All greek to me...

Dan Discenzatag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/495244262021-12-03T15:19:37Z2021-12-03T15:52:18ZApp crashing

I am not support staff, just a user.
Hi Dan

When asking for help include as much information as you can.
Computer operating system.
Moneydance version/build e.g. 2022.3(4062) if you are not running this build try install it to replace the build you have from https://infinitekind.com/preview

The nature of the problem. In your case a crash, program just closed, froze or what?
In cases like this with moneydance closed you should include the Moneydance errlog.txt file. It looks like you are using a Mac so the errlog.txt file should be within your Home folder:
~/Library/Containers/com.infinitekind.MoneydanceOSX/Data/Library/Application Support/Moneydance/errlog.txt or:
~/Library/Application Support/Moneydance/errlog.txt If you have any trouble finding your Home Library folder you can open Finder and hold down the option key while selecting the Go menu and the Library folder option should occur or you can open Finder and select Go -> Go to Folder and copy and paste in the following:
~/Library This should pull up your local Library folder.

Hope this helps.

derekkent23tag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/495244262021-12-03T15:28:06Z2021-12-03T15:52:18ZApp crashing

Dear derekkent23,

THX so much for the reply.

I reviewed the error report my MAC generated, and while it was all greek to me, I found a suggestion to type a command line in terminal to fix an issue with JAVA.

I tried it and it worked…

THX again
