We are really sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.
This seems to be a general issue that unfortunately has affected all of our customers. We have contacted Paddle and they confirmed that their engineering team are currently investigating this and are working to get this fixed as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience while we are getting the problem solved. In the meantime we would recommend downloading Moneydance 2022.3 (4063) and run it on a trial basis.
