"no data found" when updating stock prices

I'm running Moneydance 2021.1 (3069). Just today, 22 December, I'm getting "no data found" for all of my stock and mutual fund pricing when selecting "Download Quotes and Exchange Rates Now."

   I'm a fellow user.

   By what you are selecting it seems you are using the Quotes and Exchange Rate Extension and I suspect Alphavantage as your quote source.

   Try changing to Yahoo and see if you get better results, I suspect Alphavantage have degraded their service (not for the first time).

   If you continue to have problems I would suggest you try the Quote Loader Extension in place of Q & ER.

   Yahoo is no longer honour when using Q&ER, and yes, I have been using Alphavantage without any issues till Dec 21.
   I have installed Quote Loader but don't know how to add Tickers. I have downloaded the pdf but am still at a loss. Are you able to point me to a link or a "how to", please.

   Hi Rod

   A dwg has stated have a look at the PDF.

   In the Quote Loader the list of Ticker Symbols appears automatically and are taken from the Edit Security window for each security under TOOLS – SECURITIES – select add double click a security – EDIT. See an example screen shot.

   Any question just ask.
