Unconfirmed transactions
I think I figured out what the problem is! my s/w says I have over 500 unconfirmed transactions and they appear to be separate from the confirmed ones. How do I merge them into one file

Recognise Downloaded Data
See more..When you download transactions, they are initially "Unconfirmed". This is signified by a solid blue dot.
For any accounts that contain Unconfirmed transactions, you will see a blue dot next to that account name in the left sidebar.
Select the account name to view the your transactions. Any Unconfirmed transactions will display a blue dot, on the right of the Description field within the transactio...

I'm a fellow user.
Click on the small icon next to the New Transaction button, this is the split window toggle button.

Then click on the unconfirmed ones and you will see a merge popup if an existing matching transaction is found.
