Moneydance becomes unresponsive following attempt to reconcile an account
Moneydance becomes unresponsive following an attempt to reconcile a specific account. (Other accounts can be reconciled without issue.) This is a crashing bug. The program does not respond to user input, necessitating termination via the Windows Task Manager. See attached error log created following termination.

When you say 'This is a crashing bug' what do you mean? Normally this problem is because your reconcile window has appeared 'offscreen' and you cannot see it. Install / run Toolbox extension, advanced mode, general tools button, Reset Window Display Settings, reset only window locations... make sure you type 'IAGREE' at the right point... Then when it's done, restart MD and try again...

Hi,
We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.
When Moneydance appears to freeze try Alt –> Spacebar –> M and use the arrow keys, to see if you can move a missing dialog back on screen. This can happen if at some time you have connected a second monitor.
I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions or need more assistance.

Problem solved. Followed Maddy's instructions for moving the reconcile window into view. Thank you for your prompt replies.
