Moneydance billing incorrect
Receipt # 32215001
I paid for Moneydance, and it cleared my Discovercard on January 1st. Now I get an error message indicated I'm using a "preview", and I need to "purchase a license". I already did that.
Please advise. I'm trying to do my end of year tax reconciliation for an appointment next week, and I cannot update my accounts.

I'm a fellow user.
When you purchase Moneydance you should receive an email from a company called Paddle that contains your license key.
You need to enter this key into Moneydance in order to unlock the trial software limit.

Thank you. I have the receipt from Paddle, but it does not have a license number on it. Only a recipt number. Are they the same?
If so, how do I enter it after the fact?

I have not purchased Moneydance since payment processing vendors were changed, but there used to be two emails. The first was a receipt and the second had the key.
If you have not received the key try putting your email address into the lost key field of the page below and a copy of the key should be emailed to you.
