Need to cancel and get a full refund

I have tried in vain to set up your financial application.
I saw on the bank and accounts listing that the BofA in not accepting any more on-line connections. I currently have Quicken and it works just fine...so I will stick with my old application...sorry yours didn't work with the Bank of America.
Need full refund please

    I am sorry that our product did not meet your needs. I have asked our payment processing partners Paddle to process your refund. They will let you know when the process is complete from their end.
