Problem importing downloaded transactions
Hello, I have been a money dance user for my personal accounts for many years. Recently I created a new file for a business I started and attempted to import OFX and QFX downloads as I routinely do with my personal account file. However, the transactions do not import. I am following the same procedure (although with a different bank) that I do with the other file where I have never had any issues. I am using version 2022.2. Any suggestions??

Command ⌘ instead of
Control ^ on Mac

So what does actually happen? What messages do you actually see?
Find help/console after an import and post that here.
Have you checked the ofx file for actual data in a text editor?
What appears in online menu, match online accounts under the ofx import option?

Stuart - thank you for your help. I hadn't considered trying to open the file in text editor. When I did, the info appeared incomplete. I tried the download again and it worked.
