Can't enter anything in new account.

I have in the past created many accounts. This one dose not allow me to enter any amounts in the transaction fields and there is no dividing line separating the fields below the headings?

    Hi Alex

    Your screen shot does not show the complete register, but I can the ‘New’ of the New Transaction button. What happens if you click that?
