I don't even know what that means. Yes I have the latest version and I
followed your instructions but I have to sign a disclaimer saying I accept
all risk. So I found how to put it in update mode and saved a back up but
don't want to screw anything up via the reset step.
If you don't want to do what Stuart suggests above, your problem is often caused by having a second monitor attached at sometime in the past. If this is the case, the easiest/safest thing to do is re attached that second monitor & drag the window back to the main screen.

I can see you’ve received some replies from our knowledgeable Moneydance customers and it appears you’ve been given all the information you need.
I can confirm that both are valid solutions. In addition, using the Toolbox not only will serve the purpose but it will not interfere with your data file/s as this particular function is merely affecting the way Moneydance looks.
