<p>The most likely reason you are seeing this I think is that a backup file has been opened rather than the current live file, a backup will typically have a name the same as the live data but with an appended number to indicate when it was initially created,</p>
<p>Try using the File --> Open command to see any other files listed that may be your current data.</p>
