What I did notice is that MoneyDance+ seems to be missing those transactions that are the same amount from those that I transfer biweekly to my savings accounts. Could it be that the software is NOT downloading what it thinks are duplicate transactions based on amount instead of date? I do not have 'auto merge transactions' selected. The biweekly savings amounts are not downloading at all. Any help is appreciated. I don't know if I can change a setting so the software ignores it's coding to download only those transactions 'after duplicates were removed'.
Any chance you found a solution? I had problems with it missing credit card transactions and gave up because reconciling would take forever. Also, it would take several days for it to download transactions after they posted to the account.
I had what seems to be the same problem as the OP. I found that MoneyDance was set up to consider a transaction to be a duplicate, i.e. previously downloaded, if it was the same as another transaction downloaded in the past 90 days. This is far too long. I changed the time period to 2 days; MoneyDance+ is now downloading properly. You will find the setting in MoneyDance Settings, in the Network tab.
