Unable to perform initial Sync with Dropbox Connection
OS: RHEL 9
Kernel: 5.14.0-162.6.1.el9_1.x86_64
Moneydance v.2022.5 (4091)
Installed from linux install script.
Firefox / Google Chrome
When attempting to sync via Dropbox Connect (Create a new account set - Open Synced File - Dropbox Connection - click Authorize with Dropbox), Moneydance hangs in the screen that pops up stating A web browser was just opened...-...into the field below. But no browser window opens and options are OK and Cancel. When clicking Cancel, nothing happens. However, if I exit completely out of Moneydance and close the application then a browser window opens requesting to log in to dropbox and providing the authorization code. Switching between Firefox and Chrome results in same behavior. Unfortunately, attempting the same process and using the authorization code starts a sync but Moneydance hangs attempting to sync to dropbox.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

There will be a popup asking for your Dropbox authorisation key (loooong number).
Try allowing browser popups
Or, just switch to using Dropbox folders. Often works much better than Dropbox connection.
