Activation
Installed Moneydance on new laptop and tried to activate, but key is wrong. I have installed on two other pc's with same activation code.
See pdf of purchase. Help

Bought money dance and have no idea how to get it runnning.

Are you sure you installed the right version, product keys not working are often the sign of using the wrong key with the wrong version of Moneydance.

You were right, I downloaded the past version. Question - why haven't I
been notified of an update to Moneydance, I'm always checking?
In the past I've always been notified and have upgraded.

I cannot be certain but there can be a number of reasons depending on your version of Moneydance.
In more recent versions selecting in preferences to not check for updates is one reason.
Certainly in the past it was necessary for the developer to update the server and if this was not done then you would not get a notification.

The version I downloaded today and installed on new laptop is "Version :
2021.1 (3069)", and when trying to make an entry the date is wrong.
When I downloaded the past version only 2021 was listed.
The version on the other two pc's is "Version: 2022.6 (4097)" and they both
work.
What is the latest version and upgrade cost?

just a user - since you bought a 2021 upgrade (even at half price), I think you are eligible for the 2022 upgrade for free. As noted you have the latest version on two computers and they are activated.
I would think the 2021 version would work, as the upgrade was for 2021, but you'd probably be better off using 2022.6(4097) for all three.
When 2023 comes out, if and when you want it, it would be a $25 upgrade again.

Note to customer support - you may wish to delete the initial attachment as it contains a registration key.
