Can't get all my Wells Fargo accounts to download properly with Moneydance+

I have a checking and two credit card accounts with Wells - only the checking syncs properly when downloading all accounts. The two credit card accounts return the following error:

"The error code reported by the server was: 2000

The user has entered an invalid user ID or password. If registering for the first time, please login to https://www.wellsfargo.com/fmssetup to start the registration process."

When only downloading either of the two CC accounts on their own, I'm given two options - one with the old online banking settings and one with Moneydance+. Moneydance+ works. I've tried disabling online banking for those two CC accounts, but it doesn't work.

just a user - sounds like you still have online banking enabled for those two credit cards. I think there is a toolbox command to clear out old online banking things, but it "should" be possible to go to the online banking section and disable the connection [sometimes the process is complicated, which is why Stuart's toolbox has a function to do it.]

Launch toolbox extension. It will alert you if you have both setup on one account.

Thank you Mr. Toolbox! That worked just fine.
