Can't link to Navy Federal Credit Union with Moneydance+
I recently got a pop-up that I need to re-link two separate accounts at Navy Federal Credit Union. They have been working for about six months. One is a business account so its login and authorization is separate from our personal accounts. Relinking the personal account(s) went OK.
When I start the re-link process for the business account, I go to Plaid and enter userid and password. Then it asks how to send verification code, I get the code and enter it. Then I am told “Log in to your bank and update your account. Then, return to Plaid to continue.” OK, I open a browser window and sign in to my account, but I don’t know what is meant by “update” it. Anyway, I come back to Plaid and the entire process starts over asking for userid and password. It just goes round and round in this loop.
I have tried different browsers. I have refreshed and restarted. I have tried having the bank website open when I start, but Plaid still asks me to sign in at the website. I have disconnected the business account in order to start over, but it still loops, with the addition of selecting my bank at the beginning of the process. And yes, I am using the business account credentials.
I am wary of trying the Toolbox because I don’t wont to wind up unlinking all my other accounts. What specific steps should I take?

Hi Kate,
We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.
Unfortunately this is a known issue affecting all the Navy Federal Credit Union users.
Plaid support are aware of it and they are currently working to fix the connection.
We'd recommend importing your data manually for the time being. You can download it using the OFX or QFX file format, if available. If not, use the QIF file format. (These files are sometimes referred to as Quicken or MS Money files). You can import the files to Moneydance using File --> Import.
The steps for manually importing your data are outlined in this article from the Knowledge Base.
