Good question. I will try to figure out which server I am using from eastern US. Does the time depend if the market is open or not? If I am looking for a closing price it is not 15 min delayed. It is the closing price.

I am using a server for markets.ft.com in Colorado US. Still not seeing a date for BRK.B tonight.
But at 9PM EDT no dates are listed as tomorrow, 4/26 is the latest.

If I can't find a date I will default to today. Derek has raised a
small error on the trade date history marker so I will be issuing
another version in the next few days.

So I see that there is an update to QL (3209), this seems to solve the future problem with FT. All securities downloaded today (4/27 Saturday) with their price updates dates as of yesterday (4/26, Friday).
With one freaky exception. For the ticker SCHD (Scwab Dividend Equity ETF), I had to add an alternate ticker (SCHD:PCQ:USD). With currency and exchange as shown below.
The FT server does not show a date for this ETF under the URL https://markets.ft.com/data/etfs/tearsheet/summary?s=SCHD:PCQ:USD as shown below, below....

Neither file attached. Silly tender app....
Default to "today" or last day of open markets? Much more complicated. Maybe go back to Yahoo if you fixed it! :-)

Using the link you posted I get. Note the date.

@derrekkent, Note the screenshot I posted, note the absence of date! :-) It seems that different servers have different output. Colorado (aside from being one of the locations of the official US atomic clocks) does not seem to associate a date with the quotes. Sigh.
But, It seems Yahoo has a limit on historical downloads. As I was moving some of my quotes back to Yahoo HD from FT, after a couple of test runs, I suddenly got all failures on Yahoo HD. Yahoo single output still works. I normally don't run the extension repetitively but testing seemed to set off some sort of issue.

Hi sth
It does look like different FT severs do give different result regaring dates on some securities.
Your point on Yahoo HD is well made and has surfaced on testing and is under consideration.

Considering the limit that Yahoo has limits on number of requests, I was wondering if it would help if there was a way of selecting a few securities to update rather than the whole list. When I buy a new security, I usually like to update the price for just that security to get the historical trend. Right now I have to update all active in order to get the prices for just that one. It might help to be able to select just that one and update it.

I am not support staff, just a user.
Hi Bob
If you have not already tried this give it a go.
Right click on the heading Source and select Set all to Do Not Load.
Change individual Security or Securities back to Yahoo HD.
Click Get Prices.
Click Select All Lines.
Click Save Selected Lines.
On closing Quote Loader click NO to the question.
It’s the closest for what you are looking for with the existing build.
Hope this helps.
