We already have an existing suggestion ticket in our system, regarding the addition of reminders to the app. I've attached the suggestion ticket for this feature to your thread. This essentially counts as a 'vote' for this features implementation.

Currently, the mobile app is an add on to the main desktop program, and only has very basic functions like viewing and editing transactions. We are working to add more features and functionality to the app, and have plenty of suggestion tickets in our system for features we'd like to add. Reminders is one thats often suggested. Unfortunately I can't provide a timescale for this, but we'll notify you of any updates.

We do also have long-term plans to do have a full version for iOS and Android, however it will be a little while. We have already setup the syncing infrastructure for it, but an app like Moneydance is large enough that there are a lot of details to work out still.

I use reminders a lot for recurring transactions. I miss being able to enter them from the phone as well as the desktop app.

(The now defunct HandyBank companion app for Moneydance also had this feature)

MezzoToscano
