Probably the best way to deal with a reminder that is greater than a year is to create the reminder with a start date of the future date to be reminded. Then when the reminder kicks off some day, just edit the start date and save again.

mhoggietag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/481934582020-03-31T00:39:23Z2020-03-31T00:39:23ZReminders frequency less than annually (eg., repeat every X years, where X > 1)

I'm a fellow user.

Have you tried a daily reminder that repeats every 1825 days.

dwgtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/481934582020-03-31T21:00:06Z2020-03-31T21:00:08ZReminders frequency less than annually (eg., repeat every X years, where X > 1)

Hi, thanks for the suggestions! Both are great workarounds!

Almost right after I posted my question I switched over to the daily reminder tab and saw the option to repeat every x days. I ended up setting a reminder for 1826 days (+1 for leap day on 4th yr, right?). It will work, but it still would be nice to have a "simpler", more obvious reminder available where I don't have to do math to figure out how often I pay this bill when I forget. And if I keep this transaction reminder long enough, I might have 2 leap years to account for in the same 5 year span...

Anyway, hope I'm not off by a day in five years ;). Thanks again!

jroncek
