Hi: I gather from the system that I can now process another 24 transactions as part of my Free Trial: I've been a Moneydance client since 2011 and realise that you bill me roughly every 2 years. Question: WHEN will you bill me, or will I find myself unable to process any further transactions because you haven't billed me yet.

   I'm just another user.
   I don't believe Moneydance/Infinite Kind bills you unless you purchase.
   The 2021 release is a new release and is available as an upgrade if you qualify, or available for purchase if you have an older version. I suggest you look at this page:

   You can revert to your previous version if you don't want to upgrade.

   When a new version was announced I just clicked (as I always do) upgrade - stupid, or what? My system now tells me I have no licence as my system is “Unregistered”……….GREAT!

   Hi Mike

   2021 will only be a free upgrade to users who purchased a 2019/2020 key, not to users who purchased a 2017 or earlier key. An upgrade for these uses is at a 50% discount.
   To purchase a new key at a 50% discount use the Upgrading box at https://infinitekind.com/purchase

   If you don’t want to purchase a new key, downgrade to your old version of Moneydance at https://infinitekind.com/previous-versions-of-moneydance
