Hi,
I'm a current Australian user of Quicken Personal Plus and am looking at migrating to your Moneydance product. Looks awesome and a very good fit across the board. My question is related to tax categories - can you create different tax categories which match the Australian tax return schedule and assign a specific expense or income category to a defined tax category?

Thank you.

You can create whatever categories you require, for example I have defined:

    Dividends - Unfranked
    Dividends - Franked
    Dividends - Franking credit

    etc etc.

I assigned income & expenses to the relevant categories and by selecting the created categories to be tax related and then using the Income & Expense reports, selecting tax related - create a report that can be used to help complete the Tax Schedules.
