Refund

Hi,

I just purchased your software today and unfortunately it will not synchronize with my Chase banking accounts. Apparently Chase only provides support for quicken products.

What do I need to do for a refund?

    Hi Bill,

    I'd be happy to offer you a refund if you purchased Moneydance directly from our website, but I am inclined to offer you technical assistance first. This is not an attempt to get out of giving you a refund, if that is what you want let me know and I will authorize it. However if there is something specific that I might be able to assist you with, I am at your service.

    We believe this issue is now fixed in build 1326 of Moneydance 2015, which you can download here:

    This version should allow you to connect to all of your Chase accounts. If you have any trouble, please let us know!

    Please note that if you purchased Moneydance from a third-party site, such as the Mac App Store/iTunes, you will have to go through their site to process your refund request.

    I'm still getting the same error message with this version when I try to connect my Chase bank accounts. Let’s proceed with the refund.

    Hi Bill,

    Did you purchase Moneydance from us directly or from a third party? If you purchased Moneydance from us, can you send us the full name, billing address, and email address that you used to purchase your license key? We should be able to find you in our database with that information and then issue you a refund.

    If you purchased Moneydance from the Mac App Store, Apple requires that you go through the Mac App Store's refund process to receive money back from purchases made through that service. Unfortunately, we cannot authorize the refund for App Store purchases on our end; you will have to go through their process on their site at http://www.apple.com/support/mac/app-store/contact/

    I am sorry that our product did not meet your needs. I have asked our payment processing partners BMT Micro to process your refund. They will let you know when the process is complete from their end.
