Infinite kind does not provide phone support, phone support is pretty expensive to provide and given you do not pay anything extra for support it is probably not surprising that this is not offered, but there is plenty of written material available.

You can find articles on migrating from Quicken to Moneydance in the knowledge base:

    http://help.infinitekind.com/kb

The combined User Guide and Quick Start guide can be found at:

    http://help.infinitekind.com/kb/user-guides/moneydance-2015-user-guide

A list of financial institutions known to support Application based online banking, in other words direct connect can be found at:

    http://infinitekind.com/fi

If your institution is not listed then they may not support direct connect, only a subset of U.S. based institutions have the infrastructure to support this. If it is not supported you can still download transaction files from your bank and import these into Moneydance, the most common formats like QIF,QFX, OFX are supported, banks often refer to these formats as Quicken or MS Money formats.

If you have not already done so I would suggest downloading the program and use it in trial mode, this is fully functional but only allows for 100 manually entered transactions so you can try everything out, subsequent purchase gives you a key that removes the transaction limit so nothing would be lost.
