Importing data from Quicken 2004?
Hello,
I need to upgrade from Quicken 2004. Is it straightforward to import data from Quicken 2004 into Moneydance?
Thank you,
Teri

Hi Teri,
Here's a link to some of the KB articles relating to Quicken and Moneydance.

Essentially, if you can export your data from Quicken to the QIF format, you "should" be able to import it into Moneydance without incident. (hopefully).

Thanks Kevin. And there's no difference between importing from Quicken
2015, 2016, 2005, or 2004?

There are detailed instructions for importing from Quicken here:
http://help.infinitekind.com/kb/importing-data-from-banks-and-other...
The process is actually more difficult and error prone if trying to transfer data from Quicken 2015 and 2016 as Quicken removed the option to export to QIF from those versions.
